Rascal...not a fan of snow...

I haven't drawn my red, docked tailed (though you can't see it here), Houndoom character, Rascal, in a while. Nor have I drawn a background, not even a cheap one like this in a while. XD

I was sorta inspired to play around with expressions by an expression used on a badge drawn by (don't know if she uploaded those badges here though... ) and wanted to try something similar. That and I needed to draw one thing for myself before going back to commissions.
