Ice Queen by SombraStudio Ice Queen by SombraStudio
Finally finished this thing. Initially I wasn't gonna put all that snow beneath her, but I'm still not to good with a rock texture so I went with the snow texture.

Froslass is definitely an interesting pokemon, but I had some fun on this. Kinda rushed a lot of it towards the end 'cause I started working on this in a good mood, and finished it in a bad one...but I still like the overall effect. Definitely making prints of this girl for Anime Central (AKA: A-Cen).

The snow is awesome, it looks so real and isn't disturbing the picture too much <3

Froslass are sort of creepy though, with their long arms and such. But very awesomely drawn!

Creepy., I didn´t know that was a pokemon... haven´t seen the last seasons. But it reminded me the pictures I´ve seen of a Jack Frost terror movie.
I like the blurred snow, too, it gives a feeling of movement.

I love the amount of depth and atmosphere you got in this image by how you did the snowflakes! I can really feel the chill. o_o nice job on doing those textures with the rendering too, I think that's a really nice look. The muted greyish colour scheme is also love. <3

This came out really amazing. I love the overall painterly quality of the coloration, which lends a delicate beauty. The sharp detail of a few key parts, namely the eye, contrast this trend and really call attention to the Froslass' face. It gives her a lot of life among the mood of desolate cold established by the scenery and blizzarding snow.

Really top-notch work!

Wow..this is gorgeous! I love the blurred snow against Froslass's..horns? I dunno, I'll call em horns. Those horns look amazing, so well shaded. They feel 3D for sure. I love how you shaded Froslass. Has a very elegant feel.
