Description

Done for the :icondraw-em-all: collab project. I just thought of this again and while attempting to draw some peoples for my portfolio class, I finished drawing this.

I hate the lines so much. Everything else is fine. I hate working with thick lines though...^^;

Hm! I'm raising a Dragonair on FireRed now.
I agree with tenko72, the wings are interesting and the face is drogonlike, an approach for this pokemon I haven't seen yet.
