Does anyone else have this problem?

when they've clearly uploaded art. I see it on the front page ('cause let's face it...their art is always on the front page), but I don't ever get it in my deviations. And I think they're the only ones. I haven't noticed any problems with any other people I watch...It's weird...Anyone know why that's happening?
